If you’re a professional civil engineer with a passion for water and wastewater infrastructure, particularly in the design of pump stations, pipelines, and treatment facilities, then this is the role for you. Zutari is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join their growing team. We’re looking for individuals who are motivated, detailed-oriented, and enthusiastic about contributing to meaningful, high-quality engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project Management: Lead, manage, and deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects within deadlines.
✅ Design Excellence: Design water and wastewater infrastructure systems, including pump stations, pipelines, and treatment facilities.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work across disciplines and geographies to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
✅ Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior staff and transfer valuable engineering design skills.
✅ Design & Analysis: Perform complex designs, calculations, and analysis on infrastructure systems, using 3D models and advanced engineering software.
✅ Documentation: Produce technical reports, specifications, and procurement documentation.
✅ BIM Expertise: Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) and civil engineering software for efficient project delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
🎓 Qualifications:

BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering
-
Professional Registration (Pr. Eng. ECSA) or CPEng (Aust)

5 – 8 years of relevant experience
💻 Skills & Experience:
-
Proven experience in bulk water/wastewater infrastructure projects

Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., Civil 3D, Revit, Inventor)

Strong understanding of BIM processes

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Advantageous Experience:
✨ Experience with Autodesk software (e.g., Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks)
✨ Familiarity with common data environments like BIM360 or ProjectWise
✨ Expertise in transient (surge) analysis of pipelines
✨ Experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling
