We are hiring a Professional Nurse – Critical Care High Care Unit to provide safe, comprehensive, and quality nursing care aligned with professional standards and patient needs.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused nursing care in a critical care setting.

• Collaborate effectively within a multi-professional team to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

• Accurately maintain patient records and nursing documentation.

• Identify and manage clinical risks to enhance patient safety.

• Ensure optimal use and billing of medical stock and equipment.

• Foster a supportive and educational environment for staff development.

🎓 Minimum Education & Experience

• Required Education: Degree/Diploma in General Nursing

• Preferred Education: Midwifery and/or Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in Critical Care or relevant specialty

• Experience:

  • Minimum: None

  • Preferred: 1 year post-graduate experience in a specialized unit

💡 Key Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in nursing processes and procedures

• Strong patient assessment and care planning skills

• Basic life support certified (ACLS, ATLS, PALS for specialized units)

• Knowledge of infection prevention and control

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

• Sound understanding of pharmacology and relevant legislation
