📝 Record Keeping

Maintain accurate and comprehensive nursing records documenting all interventions.

🧑⚕️ Promote Learning and Development

Create and maintain a learning environment for staff development, ensuring continuous competence building.

Assist in training and guiding junior staff members in their professional growth.
💼 Stock and Equipment Management

Ensure all utilized stock and equipment are accurately charged, with attention to detail in inventory management.
Education & Qualifications:
🎓 Essential Education:

Degree/Diploma in General Nursing (Required)
🎓 Desired Education:

Midwifery qualification

Postgraduate certificate/diploma in relevant specialty areas
Experience:

1-year post-graduate qualification experience in a specialized unit (preferred).

Sound knowledge of pharmacology and the scientific principles of nursing.

Competence in conducting thorough patient assessments and identifying any health concerns.
📊 Nursing Procedures & Care Planning

Experience in developing and modifying personalized nursing care plans.
💻 Computer Literacy

🚑 Basic Life Support

Trained in ACLS, ATLS, PALS (for specialized wards).
