Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic nursing care in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

• Keep accurate, timely, and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.

• Ensure responsible usage and documentation of stock and equipment.

Education Requirements:

Essential Education:

• Diploma in General Nursing OR

• 4-Year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Preferred Additional Education:

• Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Midwifery OR

• Postgraduate Diploma in a specialist area such as Critical Care, Emergency Care, or Peri-operative Nursing (if placed in a specialist unit)

Experience Requirements:

Minimum Required Experience:

• None (ideal for newly qualified nurses ready to grow their careers)

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Trained in Basic Life Support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS for specialist wards)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer use

• Ability to develop and adapt individualized nursing care plans

• Knowledge of infection prevention and control, pharmacology, nursing processes, and risk identification

• Strong patient assessment and record-keeping skills

• Understanding of relevant nursing legislation and scientific nursing principles
