SATIC is on the lookout for Programme Administrators to support complex, high-impact public sector programmes. This role is ideal for detail-driven professionals with a passion for organisational efficiency, stakeholder management, and meaningful change in society.


💼 About the Role

As a Programme Administrator, you’ll be immersed in critical transformation initiatives, supporting the coordination, planning, and tracking of major programmes. Working within the Enterprise Transformation Team, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on experience in governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and updating programme and project plans.

  • Support senior team members with preparing client deliverables.

  • Maintain risk registers and support the organisation of internal risk governance activities.

  • Track budgets, manage invoices, and support financial reporting processes.

  • Ensure up-to-date documentation and secure storage of programme materials.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and milestones.

  • Support the drafting and processing of statements of work and contracts.

  • Contribute to performance tracking and KPI reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

  • Ensure compliance with PwC internal processes and ethical standards.


📚 Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum: NQF Level 7 or equivalent qualification (Bachelor’s degree or diploma).

  • Some experience in programme/project administration (internships, work placements, or previous roles).

  • Strong administrative and organisational background.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience in the public sector or consulting environment is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with programme management methodologies like PRINCE2 or MSP.

  • Exposure to risk management, budget tracking, or stakeholder coordination.

  • Skilled in creating reports, tracking tools, and using digital compliance platforms.

  • Tech-savvy with confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
