We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Project Accountant to join our Group Services operating unit for a 3-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in our Group Finance team and help shape the future of RCL Foods.

Key Responsibilities 📊

As a Project Accountant, your role will be essential in supporting our finance department through various corporate accounting and audit functions. Your duties will include:

✅ Audit Support: Assist in the RCL Foods audit to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
✅ Financial Statement Preparation: Help prepare financial statements for both small and dormant companies.
✅ Consolidated Group Financials: Contribute to the preparation of Group consolidated financial statements, including completing allocated notes.
✅ Technical Research & Memorandums: Conduct technical research and draft accounting memorandums for the team.
✅ Ad-hoc Finance Responsibilities: Assist with additional finance-related tasks as needed by the department.

Minimum Requirements 📋

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and skills:

• Newly Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with consolidations and the preparation of Group AFS.
• Knowledge of auditing consolidations and financial statement disclosures.
