Role Overview
π οΈ Purpose of Role:
Manage and control the execution of capital projects across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring successful delivery from handover to project closure.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead multidisciplinary teams across sales, planning, production, suppliers, and customers.
β’ Establish and maintain a RADIO Log (Risks, Assumptions, Dependencies, Issues & Opportunities).
β’ Ensure contract compliance, manage variations and claims, and monitor project commercial positions.
β’ Proactively identify and address cost overruns, implementing corrective actions.
β’ Provide accurate project commercial reporting to management.
β’ Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm safety behaviours and contribute to a world-class safety culture.
Qualifications and Experience
π Education:
-
BSc Eng (Mechanical or Industrial), BEng Mechanical/Industrial, or BTech Mechanical.

Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are advantageous.
πΌ Experience:
-
Proven experience managing projects in multidisciplinary, complex engineering environments.

Strong knowledge of SAP, including basic Project Systems module.

Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and/or Primavera.
π» Technical & Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to deliver projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
