Role Overview

🛠️ Purpose of Role:
Manage and control the execution of capital projects across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring successful delivery from handover to project closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across sales, planning, production, suppliers, and customers.
• Establish and maintain a RADIO Log (Risks, Assumptions, Dependencies, Issues & Opportunities).
• Ensure contract compliance, manage variations and claims, and monitor project commercial positions.
• Proactively identify and address cost overruns, implementing corrective actions.
• Provide accurate project commercial reporting to management.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm safety behaviours and contribute to a world-class safety culture.

Qualifications and Experience

🎓 Education:

• BSc Eng (Mechanical or Industrial), BEng Mechanical/Industrial, or BTech Mechanical.

• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are advantageous.

💼 Experience:

• Proven experience managing projects in multidisciplinary, complex engineering environments.

• Strong knowledge of SAP, including basic Project Systems module.

• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and/or Primavera.

💻 Technical & Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management.

• Ability to deliver projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
