📝 Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals. You will:

  • Develop detailed project scopes and objectives.

  • Manage and optimize process documentation (SOPs, flowcharts).

  • Ensure project milestones are met through resource planning and allocation.

  • Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder management and communication.

  • Monitor risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure consistent project visibility.

  • Conduct process mapping and spearhead process improvements across departments.

  • Provide process training and support to analysts.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required); Finance or related degree preferred.

  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in finance or business process management.

  • Strong understanding of business operations and project lifecycle.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Strong process mapping and analytical skills.

  • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and risk management.

  • Passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
