🎯 Your Mission

You will lead and coordinate engineering project delivery by collaborating with project engineers, designers, and contractors. Your focus will be on managing quality, cost, and time, ensuring projects meet budgets, schedules, and client expectations while maintaining safety and contract compliance.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage external subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently.

• Translate client requirements into detailed project scopes and work packages.

• Develop and monitor project schedules aligned with contractual deadlines.

• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery.

• Facilitate design reviews and integrate multidisciplinary technical inputs.

• Control project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial profitability.

• Ensure contracts with clients are adhered to and managed effectively.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

• Registration with ECSA and/or SACPCMP preferred.

• 5+ years engineering experience, ideally transitioning into project management.

• Experience in power generation or energy infrastructure projects (nuclear, renewables, gas-to-power).

• Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects with quality-cost-time focus.
