🛠️ Role Overview – Project Manager (FTC)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis in Modderfontein. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful execution and delivery within scope, time, and budget.

✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Define project scope, deliverables, goals, and timelines
✔️ Lead planning, execution, and closure of projects
✔️ Assemble and coordinate project teams
✔️ Manage and communicate expectations with stakeholders
✔️ Direct all phases of the project lifecycle
✔️ Oversee project assessments, reports, and documentation
✔️ Drive continual business improvement and change management
✔️ Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards
✔️ Comply with project governance, procurement procedures, and company policies

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

📘 BSc, BTech, or Higher National Diploma in Engineering
🧠 3–5 years of proven project management experience
🧾 Solid knowledge of the OHS Act and Explosives Act
🔧 Strong engineering principles and multidisciplinary project experience
🛠️ Intermediate proficiency in MS Projects
🗣️ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
📊 Experience with project performance evaluation and reporting
