Key Responsibilities

📑 Sales Administration & Support

  • Assist with managing sales documentation, including agreements, contracts, and client communications.
  • Prepare and process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of property transactions, ensuring all documentation is updated.

🏢 Property Development Assistance

  • Support the team in managing property development projects, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Assist in tracking project milestones and key deadlines.
  • Work with property managers to maintain accurate databases of properties and sales leads.

💻 Communication & Client Relations

  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in person, assisting them with any queries related to property sales.

  • Provide general administrative support to the property development team.

Requirements

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in the property development and investment sector.
