As a Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Customer Care: Delivering high standards of service, ensuring customers are assisted promptly and professionally.

• Dispensary Operations: Efficiently manage daily pharmacy activities including compounding, dispensing, and medicine repacking.

• Stock Control: Maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing stock levels.

• Health Advice: Providing general health and wellness recommendations within your scope of practice.

• Dispensary Administration: Keeping thorough and accurate records in compliance with company SOPs.

• Merchandising & Housekeeping: Maintaining clean, well-stocked and visually appealing displays.

✔️ Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric Certificate with Mathematics (Essential)

• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant

• Minimum statutory training requirements for Post Basic Pharmacist Assistants

Skills & Knowledge

• Sound understanding of SAPC legislation and pharmaceutical protocols

• Knowledge of OTC products and health aisle offerings

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Customer-focused and results-driven

• Good IT skills including MS Office and operating business systems
