As the MEA region expands, SLR is looking for a highly organised Quality Co-ordinator to strengthen quality assurance processes, support audits, manage documentation, and help embed continuous improvement across all regional operations.


πŸ”§ Role Overview

The Quality Co-ordinator (MEA) will support the implementation and maintenance of SLR’s Quality Management System, ensuring ongoing ISO 9001 compliance, accurate quality documentation, smooth audit activities, and effective incident management. This role contributes directly to improving operational consistency and regional quality standards.


πŸ“Œ Main Responsibilities

πŸ“˜ Quality Management System (QMS) Support

  • Help maintain ISO 9001 certification by ensuring teams understand and follow required procedures.

  • Assist with rolling out regional QMS initiatives aligned with the global quality strategy.

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to MEA staff on quality requirements.

  • Work with operational leaders to integrate quality expectations into daily business activities.


πŸ“ Internal & External Audit Coordination

  • Participate in internal audits according to the Group Audit Planner.

  • Prepare audit checklists and assist with documenting audit findings.

  • Help manage the resolution of non-conformances identified during audits.

  • Coordinate preparations for external audits, including communication and scheduling.

  • Support internal teams during audit sessions and help ensure smooth audit execution.

Supplier Management

  • Maintain, update, and streamline the Approved Supplier List.

  • Work with SLAs to verify supplier information and ensure compliance records remain current.

  • Track suppliers flagged for dormancy and ensure accurate system records.

Incident & Non-Conformance Management

  • Log non-conformances and support teams in applying corrective actions.

  • Follow up with staff to ensure corrective measures are implemented and effective.


🌐 Quality & Project Management Portal Updates

  • Refresh and maintain quality- and project-related intranet pages to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.


πŸ“‚ Documentation & Process Development

  • Help maintain, update, and standardise quality documents and templates across the region.

  • Ensure documents follow approved formats and reflect current SLR processes.

  • Support project documentation system improvements.

  • Assist with communications, training, and implementation of new business systems.

  • Provide support during acquisitions or transitions that require systems or process alignment.
