๐Ÿ“Š Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze production and quality data to identify errors, trends, and improvement areas.

  • Compile quality performance dashboards and reports for management.

  • Improve data accuracy by collaborating with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams.

  • Recommend actionable process improvements based on data insights.

๐Ÿ” Quality Assurance

  • Develop and improve quality assurance processes and protocols.

  • Ensure compliance with industry quality standards, safety regulations, and internal policies.

  • Conduct internal audits and site inspections, identifying nonconformities.

  • Document audit results and ensure follow-through on corrective actions.

๐Ÿงช Quality Control

  • Perform in-depth inspections of materials, processes, and finished products.

  • Document defects, deviations, and quality issues according to company standards.

  • Conduct root-cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Ensure quality control checks are carried out consistently throughout production.

  • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities.

  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to optimize workflow.

  • Train employees on quality procedures, product standards, and best practices.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of newly implemented improvements.

  • National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).

  • Diploma or degree in Quality Management or a related engineering field.

  • 3โ€“5 yearsโ€™ experience in a quality engineering or quality management role.

  • Exposure to Legal Metrology and relevant regulatory standards.

  • Strong MS Office skills with advanced ability in Excel or SQL.

  • Experience in inventory management principles and software systems.

  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication abilities with experience mentoring junior staff.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a diverse team.
