🙋♀️ Who Should Apply?
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
✔️ Be unemployed and aged between 18 and 29
✔️ Be a South African citizen
✔️ Have Grade 12 (Matric) as the highest qualification
✔️ Have not participated in a YES programme before
✔️ Reside close to Centurion
✔️ Be available from 1 May 2025
✔️ Have no criminal record
✔️ A qualification related to the Receptionist role is a plus ✅
🕒 Duration & Remuneration
📆 Duration: 12 months
💰 Monthly Stipend: R5,000
🧾 Key Responsibilities
🟢 Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
🟢 Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
🟢 Handle and forward incoming phone calls
🟢 Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked
🟢 Respond to queries in person, via phone or email
🟢 Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
🟢 Control visitor access and issue badges
🟢 Maintain and order office supplies
🟢 Manage meeting room calendars and travel arrangements
🟢 Assist with filing, photocopying, and general admin tasks
