Eduvos is seeking a well-presented and professional Receptionist to join the Bedfordview Campus on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will serve as the face of the institution, providing frontline support, delivering exceptional customer service, and offering broad administrative assistance to the Facilities Lead, Campus Director, and various internal departments.
This role requires a dependable individual who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient reception area.
π Key Responsibilities
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
π₯ Frontline & Visitor Management

Greeting all internal and external stakeholders professionally.

Ensuring visitors sign the register and notifying relevant staff members promptly.

Maintaining a neat and organised reception area.
ποΈ Administrative Support

Providing daily administrative support to various departments.

Managing document filing, data capturing, and general office tasks.

Supporting campus enrolment functions during registration periods.
π¦ Mail & Parcel Handling

Overseeing all parcel and mail collection processes.

Coordinating with courier companies and ensuring proper documentation.
π§Ύ Procurement & Department Support

Assisting with procurement-related tasks.

Completing ad-hoc duties as required by different departments.

Ensuring accurate document management for compliance and reporting.
π Minimum Requirements
π Qualifications

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (Compulsory).

Office Management or related qualification (Advantageous).

2β3 yearsβ experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
