About the Role:

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for recruitment and people operations? In this role, you will support the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish — from posting job ads and coordinating interviews to managing application documents and onboarding paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the recruitment process end-to-end

  • Post job advertisements on internal and external job boards (e.g., CareerJunctionZA)

  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle

  • Maintain an organized system for tracking applicants, CVs, and candidate communications

  • Assist with screening CVs and forwarding suitable applications to hiring managers

  • Collect, verify, and manage essential candidate documentation:

    • Copies of IDs or passports

    • Academic qualifications and transcripts

    • Proof of address or work permits (if applicable)

    • Recent pay slips (where required)

  • Maintain candidate records in compliance with POPIA and data protection laws

  • Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and ensure completion

  • Respond to recruitment-related queries from candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with internal policies and labor legislation


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate (Essential); a relevant HR qualification is advantageous

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

  • Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit
