About the Role:
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for recruitment and people operations? Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the recruitment process end-to-end

Post job advertisements on internal and external job boards (e.g., CareerJunctionZA)

Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Maintain an organized system for tracking applicants, CVs, and candidate communications

Assist with screening CVs and forwarding suitable applications to hiring managers

Collect, verify, and manage essential candidate documentation:

Copies of IDs or passports
-
Academic qualifications and transcripts
-
Proof of address or work permits (if applicable)

Recent pay slips (where required)

Maintain candidate records in compliance with POPIA and data protection laws

Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and ensure completion

Respond to recruitment-related queries from candidates and internal stakeholders

Ensure all recruitment activities align with internal policies and labor legislation
Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate (Essential); a relevant HR qualification is advantageous

At least 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with recruitment platforms, HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Strong attention to detail and time management

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit
