About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Officer who is more than just a recruiter—you’re a matchmaker, strategist, and storyteller rolled into one! You know that every great hire starts with a compelling connection and a human touch. Whether you’re writing clever job ads (like this one), tracking down unicorn candidates, or making onboarding a breeze, you’re all about finding the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, refine job specs, and develop winning hiring strategies.

Source and headhunt top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and beyond.

Conduct screening calls, interviews (telephonic, virtual, in-person), and assessments for skills and culture fit.

Manage offers, contracts, and coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Track key metrics like time-to-fill, diversity stats, and hiring rates to measure success.

Conduct exit interviews with empathy and analyze data to improve processes.

Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for critical and future roles.

Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Offer general HR support on key initiatives (including epic events like Black Friday!).

Advise hiring managers on best practices, psychometric testing, and policy compliance.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.

2–4 years of recruitment experience (in-house experience is a big plus).

Background in e-commerce or fast-paced environments is advantageous.

Proficient with ATS platforms—experience with Breezy and LinkedIn Recruiter is a bonus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re clear, concise, and approachable.

Proven ability to screen and assess candidates accurately.

Strong organizational skills; you juggle multiple priorities with ease.

High emotional intelligence and professional handling of sensitive situations.

Analytical mindset—comfortable tracking and using recruitment data.

Creative, proactive approach to talent sourcing and problem-solving.

Experience in employer branding and candidate experience promotion is a plus.
