🧩 Position Overview

JF Subtech is seeking a Recruitment and Travel Officer to support inshore commercial recruitment and coordinate international travel logistics for projects across the globe. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Durban, with a hybrid work structure and flexibility required for occasional weekend or public holiday duties.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely recruitment, smooth onboarding, and efficient end-to-end travel arrangements for project teams operating in demanding marine, offshore, and energy sectors.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

👥 Recruitment

• Manage recruitment timelines for all project roles

• Source, screen, and place candidates aligned with project requirements

• Ensure all new hires complete onboarding and meet compliance standards

✈️ Travel Coordination

• Arrange local and international travel for personnel

• Ensure logistics align with operational deadlines and budgets

• Handle documentation including contracts, itineraries, and onboarding packets

🧾 Administrative Compliance

• Submit all required paperwork for new project employees on time

• Maintain accurate recruitment and travel records

✅ Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

• Matric certificate required

• HR/Recruitment certificate preferred

🧠 Experience

• Proven recruitment experience in the commercial diving or marine industry (required)

• Experience with international travel logistics and coordination (required)

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment documentation

🖥️ Technical Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

• Experience using digital recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
