🧾 Job Overview

The Red Bull Sales & Operations Graduate Internship Programme offers a unique rotational experience designed to develop future leaders in FMCG sales and supply chain operations. Graduates will spend six months in Off-Premise Key Account Sales and six months in Operations, gaining hands-on exposure to planning, procurement, logistics, and strategic execution.

This programme is ideal for self-starters with strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and an entrepreneurial mindset who want to build a long-term career within a fast-paced global organisation.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Rotation 1: Off-Premise Key Account Sales

• Lead and support the implementation of Red Bull’s commercial strategy within the Franchise retail channel

• Identify and execute sales growth opportunities in the Franchise channel

• Support the National Key Account Manager with promotional planning and profitability analysis

• Analyse and report on customer and key account performance using tools such as Nielsen and CPM

• Manage point-of-sale (POS) stock, in-store activations, and ROI calculations

• Develop strong strategic partnerships to position Red Bull as a key growth-driving supplier

• Track and optimise budget utilisation within the Franchise channel

• Use insights and data to improve ranging, distribution, and in-store execution

Rotation 2: Operations (Planning, Procurement & Logistics)

• Coordinate logistics operations including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution

• Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• Work closely with third-party logistics providers to improve operational efficiency

• Analyse and report on logistics performance metrics

• Support tenders, logistics projects, and operational updates

• Assist with stock transfer planning and scheduling

• Analyse demand and supply forecasts and identify potential risks using scenario planning

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning tools and processes

• Participate in project planning meetings and strategic discussions

🎓 Requirements

Education

• Recently completed degree in a relevant field such as:

  • Business Management

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Logistics

  • Commerce

  • Economics

  • Industrial Engineering or related qualification

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
