What Will Make You Successful at Redpath?
To be successful in these roles, the following qualifications and experience are highly desirable:
Required Qualifications & Experience:
🔹 Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
🔹 Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in mining or related engineering fields
🔹 Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in equipment and machinery maintenance
🔹 Experience in mining operations and project management
🔹 Proficiency in industry-standard software (CAD, MS Office, etc.)
🔹 Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
🔹 Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in mining environments
