Key Responsibilities:
🔒 Safety First
- Uphold a zero-harm commitment, ensuring a strong safety culture in all financial operations.
🏗️ Fixed Assets Accounting
- Oversee asset allocation, capitalization, and disposal processes.
- Manage depreciation, Capex register, and annual impairment exercises.
- Ensure that capital investments are aligned with budgeted spending.
💼 General Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with supporting reconciliations.
- Review payroll journals, expense accruals, and expense analysis.
- Monitor financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare financial analysis and reports for stakeholders.
💰 Banking & Treasury
- Manage bank reconciliations, payments, and cash management in accordance with group policies.
- Oversee foreign exchange (FX) risk management, including cash flow forecasts and hedging strategies.
📑 Audit, Control & Compliance
- Implement and enforce financial policies and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Prepare regulatory reports and support internal/external audits.
- Perform financial controls and compliance testing across operations.
Job Requirements:
🎓 Education & Qualifications
- Qualified CA with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
💻 Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP knowledge is a plus.

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
