Job Overview
The Regional Manager (Mobile) will lead the mobile betting division in the North West region, driving regional strategy, sales growth, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing a mobile-focused team, coordinating marketing campaigns, improving processes, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role reports to senior management and ensures targets are met for mobile customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve mobile betting targets

Identify new business opportunities and generate sales growth

Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to increase mobile customer base

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and SWOT assessments to inform strategy

Collaborate with marketing to manage execution of mobile campaigns across products and customer groups

Manage relationships with regional distributors and key stakeholders
-
Lead, manage, and motivate mobile department staff, set targets, conduct performance reviews, and oversee daily operations
-
Oversee department workflow, enhance operational efficiencies, and manage operational costs
-
Coordinate with contact center teams to ensure proper onboarding and servicing of mobile customers

Support CSI/ESD initiatives aligned with corporate strategy

Prepare and submit daily reports and ad hoc operational documentation
Qualifications
Education & Experience
-
Valid driver’s license (minimum 1 year)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in management

A relevant Diploma or Degree is advantageous
-
Project management experience is a bonus

Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Basic understanding of betting operations and processes

Analytical and problem-solving abilities
