Job Overview

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Regional Administrator (Mobile) to support and coordinate administrative functions across Mobile betting operations in the Free State. The role focuses on performance tracking, reporting, personnel administration, stock control, rostering, and supporting regional growth initiatives. Extensive travel between branches and outlets is required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Team in achieving Mobile betting growth targets

  • Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance

  • Manage personnel files and ensure FICA compliance for Mobile Clerks

  • Administer leave, absenteeism, and timekeeping records

  • Ensure Mobile Clerks are correctly uniformed and equipped

  • Oversee stock control of Mobile and promotional items

  • Conduct branch and outlet visits to ensure operational compliance

  • Assist with planning and executing Mobile promotions

  • Demonstrate mobile betting functionality to potential customers

  • Coach and support Mobile Clerks and assist operationally when required

  • Maintain relationships with store and branch managers

  • Compile and manage vehicle inspection documentation

  • Perform additional administrative duties as required


Qualifications

Education

  • Relevant administrative qualification (advantageous)

Experience

  • Experience in an administrative or operational support role

Skills

  • Strong administration and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Customer service orientation

  • Computer literacy

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Other Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence (manual)

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
