Key Responsibilities:
π¨ Visual Merchandising Strategy
- Assist in training and developing in-store visual merchandisers on seasonal concepts and the ongoing evolution of the brand image.
- Prepare and execute store training through workshops, store visits, and trunk shows.
π Empowerment & Development
- Empower field-based teams to train and develop their own teams in executing seasonal concepts and visual display standards.
π Trend Communication
- Keep the team updated on emerging trends in merchandising, visual display, and display styles.
π‘ Monitor & Execute Solutions
- Implement and monitor visual solutions in line with the visual merchandising strategic objectives.
π¬ Collaboration Across Teams
- Build strong relationships with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistency in presentation.
π Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor regional budget expenditure and oversee the distribution of visual equipment for windows and in-store displays.
π¨βπ« Training & Development
- Ensure store teams achieve the required visual merchandising standards through ongoing training and development.
Qualifications and Experience:
π Educational Background
- A Degree in Retail or Fashion is advantageous.
πΌ Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in visual merchandising within fashion retail is essential.
- Proven track record in managing budgets and creating visual merchandising strategies.

- Creative flair and a strong passion for fashion and branding.
- Proficient in brand positioning, marketing metrics, and digital advertising.
