🎨 Visual Merchandising Strategy

  • Assist in training and developing in-store visual merchandisers on seasonal concepts and the ongoing evolution of the brand image.
  • Prepare and execute store training through workshops, store visits, and trunk shows.

  • Empower field-based teams to train and develop their own teams in executing seasonal concepts and visual display standards.

  • Keep the team updated on emerging trends in merchandising, visual display, and display styles.

  • Implement and monitor visual solutions in line with the visual merchandising strategic objectives.
