Key Responsibilities:

Safely administer medicines as per NMC-approved routes of administration.

Adhere to Circle Health Group’s medicine policy and standards.
📊 Clinical Practice & Risk Management:

Implement and evaluate evidence-based practices for optimal patient care.

Participate in risk assessments and ensure clinical incidents are reported and managed accordingly.

Ensure adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice.
🌱 Professional Development:

Engage in preceptorship and continuous professional development (CPD).

Act as a change agent within the team to drive a customer-focused service.
Qualifications and Experience:
🎓 Essential:
-
Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
-
Previous experience in a healthcare or care setting is preferred.

Ability to work in a team and engage with patients effectively.
🩺 Skills:

Excellent clinical knowledge with evidence-based practice.
-
Strong communication skills and resilience to manage emotional and stressful situations.
-
IT skills relevant to nursing duties.
