  • Safely administer medicines as per NMC-approved routes of administration.

  • Participate in risk assessments and ensure clinical incidents are reported and managed accordingly.

  • Ensure adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice.

🌱 Professional Development:

  • Engage in preceptorship and continuous professional development (CPD).

  • Act as a change agent within the team to drive a customer-focused service.

Qualifications and Experience:
🎓 Essential:

  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or care setting is preferred.

  • Ability to work in a team and engage with patients effectively.

🩺 Skills:

  • Excellent clinical knowledge with evidence-based practice.

  • Strong communication skills and resilience to manage emotional and stressful situations.

  • IT skills relevant to nursing duties.
