🩺 Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Professional Nurse to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary care team at Nurture George. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting patients’ recovery and quality of life during their rehabilitation journey.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical, high-quality nursing care aligned with SANC guidelines

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans

• Monitor clinical progress and collaborate with the broader medical team

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records

• Support rehabilitation goals in partnership with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists

• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and empowering environment for patients and families

• Participate in shift work, including weekends and public holidays as required

📘 Minimum Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification from a recognised nursing institution

• Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse (active status)

• Minimum 2 years’ post-registration experience (rehab or acute care preferred)

• Sound knowledge of nursing practices and ethical standards

• Excellent communication, clinical, and team collaboration skills

• Willingness to work in a shift-based system

• South African citizenship or valid work permit

• Clear criminal record
