✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Deliver direct nursing care aligned with patient care plans and clinical protocols
✔️ Prioritise and assess patient needs, and update care plans as needed
✔️ Monitor vital signs and escalate concerns using sound clinical judgment
✔️ Administer medications safely according to NMC and hospital standards
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely documentation (assessments, care plans, observations)
✔️ Adhere to clinical governance, patient safety standards, and Circle policies
✔️ Identify and report incidents or risks, including safeguarding concerns
✔️ Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

📌 Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration
📌 Demonstrable clinical experience in a healthcare setting
📌 Strong knowledge of clinical governance and patient safety
📌 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
📌 Proficiency in IT systems related to patient records and documentation
📌 Previous specialty experience (surgical, medical, outpatient, orthopaedics, or critical care) is desirable
