Sage South Africa is offering a 12-month internship programme for a motivated and dynamic Intern โ€“ Registrations Consultant to join our team in Midrand, Gauteng (1685). This role is the perfect blend of sales, support, and administration, offering direct client interaction and valuable industry exposure.


๐Ÿงฉ What Will You Do?

As a Registrations Consultant Intern, youโ€™ll be a key support member of our Customer Registration Team, helping clients register for our accounting and payroll solutions. Youโ€™ll engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, guiding them through the process and ensuring accurate data capture.

๐Ÿ“Œ Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound queries related to Sage product registrations

  • Provide step-by-step support and guidance to new customers

  • Ensure accurate updates of client data on the system

  • Deliver first-call resolution where possible

  • Meet SLA targets and manage call abandon rates

  • Attend training, coaching, and team meetings as required

  • Adhere to all support and internal policies

๐Ÿ“š Education & Certifications:

  • Grade 12 / Matric (Compulsory)

  • Completed Diploma or Degree in one of the following:

    • Marketing

    • Business Administration

    • Business Management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Passion for solving problems and exceeding expectations

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Team player with initiative and creativity

  • Adaptable and open to learning with a teachable mindset

  • High attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex ideas
