Job Overview:

As a Remote Outbound Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in contacting members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans. You’ll offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations, contributing directly to improving the health and lives of those you serve.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a goal-driven, high-energy, and professional environment. You will report to the Member Engagement Manager and will be part of a dynamic team focused on exceptional service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

πŸ“ž Outbound Calls:

  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer system to explain and schedule health evaluations.
  • Offer healthcare evaluations to members and help them understand the process and benefits.

πŸ“‹ Adhere to Scripts:

  • Follow 20+ approved scripts to ensure clarity and professionalism during calls.
  • Address and overcome objections with professionalism and persuasive rebuttals.

🎯 Meet Targets:

  • Consistently achieve daily goals, such as 300-400 dials/day and 24 appointments set/day.
  • Maintain attendance and quality targets in a remote work environment.

πŸ“… Scheduling:

  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed for both health plan members and providers.
  • Monitor performance metrics and use reporting systems for tracking productivity.

πŸ” Follow HIPAA Guidelines:

  • Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) securely and in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 1+ year in a call center OR 2+ years of general work experience required.
  • Skills:
    • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with auto dialers.
    • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently while adhering to a fixed schedule.
    • Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
