Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
💼 Experience

2–3 years’ experience in a hotel front office or administrative role

Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS (highly advantageous)

Proficiency in MS Office

🎯 Key Responsibilities
🗂️ Front Office & Administrative Support

Support the Front Office team with daily admin tasks
-
Prepare arrival reports, VIP notes, traces, and special requests
-
Maintain accurate guest profiles and booking updates in Opera PMS
-
Assist with preparing key packs, documents, and room assignments
✉️ Guest Communication & Follow-Ups
-
Respond to guest queries via email and phone professionally
-
Track guest requests, complaints, and communication logs
-
Ensure prompt follow-up on all pending items
🛎️ Reservations Support
-
Assist with overflow reservation enquiries, booking amendments, and confirmations
-
Update booking details accurately in the system
💰 Finance & Documentation
-
Assist with cash-ups, invoice checks, and financial documentation
-
Ensure Front Office logs and filing systems are always up-to-date
🤝 Department Coordination

Liaise with Housekeeping, F&B, Finance, and Maintenance
-
Provide clear daily handover reports to the next shift
-
Maintain discretion when handling confidential guest information
