π― Job Purpose
The Permanent Part-Time Retail Assistant supports store management with daily store operations while delivering outstanding customer service. The role focuses on maintaining store standards, driving sales, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring every customer receives a premium adidas brand experience.
π Key Responsibilities

Deliver the highest level of adidas customer service to every shopper

Process sales transactions accurately using cash, card, and other payment methods

Assist customers in selecting the right products to suit their needs and style

Apply effective selling techniques, including add-on sales and product knowledge
-
Support product movement from the stockroom to the sales floor when required

Assist with ticketing and verifying stock received against documentation

Contribute to merchandise displays according to store guidelines
-
Maintain strong housekeeping and visual standards across the store

Act as a store greeter during peak trading periods

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Safeguard company assets and maintain store integrity

π Minimum Education

Matric Certificate
πΌ Experience

Fashion or sports retail experience will be advantageous but not essential
