🧭 Key Purpose of the Role
You will drive business growth through consistent engagement with IFAs by:

Identifying their needs

✅ Minimum Requirements
Educational Background:
-
A completed 3-year BCom degree in:
-
Financial Planning
-
Investment
-
Business Management
-
Marketing
-
Finance
-
Education
-
Legal
-
-
Willingness to study towards a degree with recognition of prior learning (if 3+ years in the IFA industry)
-
CFA and/or CFP® certification is advantageous
Experience:
-
3 to 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry
-
1 to 3 years’ experience in sales within the industry
-
Advantageous: Exposure to Momentum’s Myriad and Investo product suites
Knowledge:
-
Sound business acumen in:
-
Risk assessments
-
Claims and underwriting
-
Tax and business assurance
-
-
Familiarity with financial products, legislation, and regulatory frameworks

Engage

Conduct 16+ weekly face-to-face visits with IFAs
-
Build rapport and understand advisor needs

Present well-structured meeting agendas and follow-ups
Enthuse

Convert non-active supporters into brand ambassadors

Foster meaningful, long-lasting partnerships

Support IFAs through their first business placement
Educate & Enable

Achieve production targets and boost productivity
