Role Purpose

As a Retail Business Consultant, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to promote Momentum’s financial solutions. You will be responsible for growing the advisor’s business, meeting sales targets, and expanding the Momentum footprint.


Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • A 3-year tertiary qualification (or willingness to study towards one).

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant sales and communication experience.
  • Experience in Momentum products is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with IFAs:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and remove any barriers to partnerships.
  • Ensure seamless communication and support for IFAs.

Drive Sales & Business Growth:

  • Promote Momentum products through structured engagement with IFAs.
  • Develop strategies to retain and grow IFA business.
  • Exceed sales targets through proactive support and client visits.

Foster Long-Term Partnerships:

  • Enhance IFA retention through personalized support and relationship-building.
  • Promote digital engagement and adoption of Momentum’s tools.

Educate & Empower IFAs:

  • Position Momentum as a thought leader in the financial advisory space.
  • Provide insights, coaching, and industry updates to IFAs.
  • Equip IFAs with knowledge to enhance financial planning and advice outcomes.

Business Development & Strategy:

  • Analyze and support IFAs in optimizing their business models.
  • Increase production and market share through strategic planning.
  • Ensure continuous innovation and adherence to industry best practices.
