Retail Change Intern (120hr) – Rustenburg at TFG
TFG, a leading fashion lifestyle retailer, is looking for a Retail Change Intern to join their team in Rustenburg. This is an exciting opportunity for young individuals to gain hands-on experience in the retail sector. As an intern, you will develop both business and technical skills, contributing to the digital adoption and systems integration within TFG stores.
Key Responsibilities:
💼 System & Application Adoption:

Assist in the digital adoption process by supporting the use of systems, applications, and products across various TFG stores.

Provide on-the-ground support and guidance to store employees, helping them navigate new technologies and ensuring they are comfortable with the tools available.
🎓 Learning & Knowledge Transfer:

Take part in self-learning through TFG’s online learning platform and complete the prescribed courses.

Facilitate knowledge transfer by sharing learnings with store employees and providing troubleshooting support.
🗣️ Communication & Relationship Building:

Foster positive relationships with store employees and the field leadership team, ensuring clear communication regarding system changes and updates.

Help break down communication barriers and encourage effective dialogue within the stores.
📊 Reporting & Troubleshooting:

Escalate issues, queries, or concerns related to system and technology issues to the appropriate channels.

Prepare and deliver a PowerPoint presentation to showcase your skills during the interview process.
Requirements:
✅ Retail-related qualification (essential).
✅ Must be unemployed and between the ages of 18-27.
✅ South African Citizenship is required.
✅ Ability to devote 12 months to the internship program.
✅ Strong communication skills to facilitate learning and development.
✅ Proficiency in computer systems and a passion for retail technology.
✅ Natural leadership abilities and a strong work ethic.
✅ A keen interest in solving challenges related to retail systems and technology.
