Job Purpose
As a Retail Sales Associate at Adidas, you will be part of a dynamic and high-performing retail team. Your main responsibility will be assisting management in day-to-day store operations while delivering excellent customer service. Your efforts will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience and maintaining an organized and secure store environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Customer Service Excellence: Ensure each customer receives the highest level of service, addressing their needs and providing product recommendations.
✅ Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash, credit, and check payments.
✅ Inventory Support: Assist in product flow from stockroom to sales floor and support with stockroom organization and ticketing.
✅ Visual Merchandising: Help with creating attractive displays and maintaining store appearance.
✅ Security and Asset Protection: Help protect company assets and minimize shrinkage.
✅ Store Maintenance: Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.
✅ Sales Techniques: Utilize selling techniques such as upselling and product knowledge to meet store goals.
✅ Customer Interaction: Greet customers, offer assistance, and serve as a front-door greeter when needed during busy times.
