Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of the adidas brand, responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to each customer who walks through the door

• Assisting customers in finding the right product by sharing in-depth product knowledge and using effective selling techniques

• Handling point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently (cash, credit, checks)

• Supporting stock movement from the storeroom to the sales floor

• Maintaining merchandise displays and contributing to in-store visual standards

• Ensuring stock loss prevention by safeguarding store assets

• Greeting and directing customers during peak hours

• Keeping the store neat and tidy in line with housekeeping standards

• Upholding adidas standards in every customer interaction
