🌿 About the Role

As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in our store. Together with your team, you’ll ensure every customer receives professional advice and feels welcomed. When the store manager is not available, you will take the lead to ensure operations run smoothly and team goals are met.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, offering personalized advice based on a deep knowledge of our product range.

• Support the store manager in daily operations, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets.

• Step up as acting store manager when required, taking full ownership of the store.

• Guide, support, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.

• Keep up to date with training and knowledge of products through our e-learning platform.

• Take part in onboarding sessions and continuous learning to grow your expertise.

• Handle cash register duties, replenish stock, and maintain overall store tidiness.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Completed MBO qualification (Dutch secondary vocational education).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sales or supervisory role.

• Strong communication skills in Dutch (verbal and written).

• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.

• A passion for natural health, nutrition, and beauty products.

• Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven attitude.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively.

• Leadership qualities and ambition to grow within the company.
