About the Role
Screwfix is looking for a motivated Retail Supervisor to be a key player in our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will lead by example, ensuring customers receive top-notch service whether you’re assisting at the front of the store or supporting warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the retail team to achieve high standards in customer service and operational excellence.

Engage directly with customers, assisting and advising them to enhance their shopping experience.

Oversee daily store and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Manage stock levels and visual merchandising to maintain a well-organized store environment.

Implement Screwfix’s Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe workplace for all employees and customers.

Motivate and develop team members through training and performance feedback.

Work collaboratively with other supervisors and management to meet store targets and objectives.
Skills and Experience Required
-
Previous retail supervision or team leadership experience is highly advantageous.

Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work within Screwfix’s opening hours:
-
Monday to Friday: 7am – 8pm

Saturday: 7am – 6pm

Sunday: 9am – 4pm
