Join Marsh’s Risk Consulting team as a Senior Analyst in Pretoria! This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work remotely and from the office at least three days a week. In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing and resolving complex COID claims across a variety of industry sectors. Your expertise will guide clients through claim assessment, resolution, and finalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✔️ Capture and record COID claims accurately using internal systems.
- ✔️ Verify documentation to ensure its legitimacy and completeness.
- ✔️ Liaise with clients and COID commissioners to obtain necessary information.
- ✔️ Ensure timely registration and submission of claims, following up on their status.
- ✔️ Provide regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their claims.
- ✔️ Maintain strong relationships with COID offices and clients.
- ✔️ Assist with queries relating to assessments and document accuracy.
Requirements:
- 📚 Completed Secondary Education.
- 💼 Previous COID claims experience is advantageous.
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- ✍️ Strong report writing skills.
- 🔧 Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
- 🏅 Experience in claim handling and dispute resolution.
- 🚗 Own transport for visits to COID offices.
