Job Overview
The Risk & Security Management Intern will support the organisation’s security and compliance teams by assisting with risk assessments, security operations, and compliance documentation. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to enterprise risk management and operational security within a leading e-commerce organisation.
Interns will collaborate with experienced professionals, participate in risk management processes, and help improve security procedures while gaining valuable industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with the development and maintenance of organisational risk registers and risk databases.

Conduct basic risk and impact assessments for identified operational risks.

Support daily security operations including access control and incident monitoring.

Assist with vendor security evaluations and due diligence checks.

Maintain incident logs and support post-incident review processes.

Prepare compliance documentation and internal reports.

Help create and update security policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Develop risk communication materials for internal stakeholders.

Participate in risk management meetings and cross-functional security committees.

Support the facilitation of risk awareness workshops and training sessions.

Record incidents on the company’s security management system.

Assist with claims investigations and related documentation when required.
Qualifications
Education
-
N6 Certificate in Health & Safety, Environmental Studies, Risk Management, Forensic Studies, or Compliance.
Experience
-
Entry-level knowledge or academic exposure to risk management or compliance practices is beneficial.

Internship or project experience in security operations, risk management, or compliance is an advantage.
Skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
