🚪 About the Role
Reporting directly to the Hotel Operations Manager, the Rooms Division Manager will oversee all departments within the Rooms Division, including:

Liaison with Housekeeping
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and personalized guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and maintaining Marriott’s premium brand standards.

🛎 Operational Leadership

Lead daily operations across rooms departments to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Align all guest services with the Autograph Collection’s unique ethos.

Implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.

Enforce health and safety compliance and uphold Marriott’s standard operating procedures.
👥 Team Management

Recruit, train, and develop department heads and their teams.

Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering for room readiness and upkeep.

👤 Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Rooms Division with 2+ years in a managerial capacity

Industry Background: Marriott International or Autograph Collection experience highly desirable

Proficiency in PMS, Microsoft Office, and revenue tools
