As a Salaried Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing tailored financial solutions to meet the needs of customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships that drive business growth.
What You Will Do:
✅ Customer Service Excellence:
Provide outstanding service to customers by resolving complex queries and identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention. You will process cases and help manage customer relationships effectively.
✅ Solutions Analysis:
Analyze customer issues and offer the best financial solutions, whether technical or professional, tailored to their unique needs.
✅ Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system, scheduling follow-ups and creating personalized call plans to support business development efforts.
✅ Business Development:
Expand the company’s market presence by developing relationships with decision-makers in client organizations, leveraging networking opportunities, and representing Old Mutual at industry events.
✅ Sales Opportunities Creation:
Monitor and assess regional market data to identify areas for potential business growth and new sales opportunities.
Skills and Experience Required:

✅ Grade 12 (Matric)

✅ Valid Driver’s License & Own Car

✅ FAIS Compliance
-
✅ Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in financial services)

✅ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

✅ Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

✅ Experience with CRM systems and sales software
