Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

Pipeline & Outreach Management

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through targeted cold outreach and personalized pitch presentations.

  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold emails, optimizing messaging through testing and data-driven improvements.

  • Independently research, source, and organize leads for effective and precise outreach.

Client Relationship & Deal Management

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage client renewals to ensure sustained partnerships.

  • Maintain open and clear communication with clients, delivering excellent service and timely updates.

  • Provide detailed internal reporting and feedback to optimize sales strategies and client satisfaction.

Work Hours

  • Full-time work aligned with UK business hours, with occasional meetings that may align with US time zones.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in closing sales deals, preferably in media sales.

  • Strong foundation in marketing and advertising principles.

  • Proactive with a sharp eye for detail and a dedicated work ethic.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

  • Basic skills in Google Sheets or Excel for data management and analysis.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools like Hubspot, Clay, Apollo, and Smartlead.ai is a plus.

  • Ability to understand client goals deeply and collaborate to craft effective sales solutions.
