Job Overview
The Sales Agent role is responsible for executing sales and account development strategies to achieve medium-sized sales targets. This role involves engaging with clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, providing financial and business information, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Account Development

Execute sales business plans to achieve assigned sales targets

Provide routine sales support services and identify opportunities for growth

Maintain and strengthen relationships with allocated customers through regular engagement
Customer Relationship Management

Act as a first point of contact for customer queries and complaints

Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes

Deliver professional and customer-focused service at all times
Financial and Business Support

Conduct financial planning and advice services for more complex client needs

Resolve information requests by interpreting policies and procedures where required

Refer complex matters for further interpretation when necessary
Data, Insights, and Reporting

Collect, collate, and analyse data using predefined tools and methods

Extract and combine data to produce standard reports

Prepare moderately complex documents and summaries using standard office software
Operational Compliance

NQF Level 2 or NQF Level 3 (Below school leaving level)
