🎯 Role Purpose

This role is ideal for a self-motivated and target-driven Sales Agent with excellent interpersonal skills. You will focus on converting walk-in customers, prospecting new clients, and maximising profits through effective sales techniques and outstanding customer service.

The position is commission-based with weekly payouts, giving you the opportunity to grow your income based on performance.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

🛒 Sales Activities

  • Conduct prospecting, cold canvassing, and outreach to drive new sales.

  • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into purchases.

  • Promote and recommend products aligned with customer needs.

🧩 Customer Attraction & Engagement

  • Assist in merchandising and product presentation to attract new shoppers.

  • Deliver a friendly, helpful, and customer-centric sales experience.

  • Understand customer requirements to offer relevant retail solutions.

📈 Customer Retention & Store Support

  • Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.

  • Maintain store standards and ensure an appealing shopping environment.

  • Support the team in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.


✔️ Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Basic understanding of sales and prospecting (in-store training provided)
