🎯 Purpose of the Role
Lead your branch’s sales objectives, drive operational excellence, and grow our client base while developing a high-performing sales and service team. You’ll ensure customer satisfaction, digital adoption, and branch profitability through strategic leadership and effective team management.
📝 Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales Performance

Grow market share and ensure client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.

Achieve entrenched sales objectives and targets for your branch/market.

Manage all sales-related leads and track branch performance.

Drive needs-based selling and digital customer activity.

Identify and act on business opportunities in the community.

Deliver world-class customer service across all platforms.

Encourage digital and self-service adoption among clients.

Foster a client-first culture within the team.
🛡️ Risk & Operations

Ensure compliance with operational and legal requirements.

Meet targets on FAIS, AML, FATCA, TCF, POPIA, and audit standards.

Oversee branch security, health, safety, and technology infrastructure.

Coach and develop staff to exceed performance expectations.

Conduct regular performance reviews and manage leave schedules.

✅ Minimum Requirements

Education: Diploma (NQF Level 6)
-
Preferred Qualification: FAIS-recognized qualification; Sales, Finance, or Marketing Diploma or Degree

Experience: 1–2 years in Sales & Service Banking

Knowledge of:

Regulatory frameworks (FAIS, AML, etc.)

Governance, Risk & Compliance

Sales coaching, customer relationship building
