Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:
- Acknowledge and assist every customer promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and use product knowledge to meet customer needs.
- Close sales and upsell additional products.
- Monitor daily sales against individual targets.
Inventory:
- Daily replenishment of footwear, apparel, and accessories from the storeroom.
- Ensure store zoning and adherence to changing room policies to minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain accurate stock entries in POS systems.
- Process deliveries and manage customer orders.
Daily Operations:
- Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures as required.
Training:
- Take responsibility for ongoing training and development.
- Work closely with a buddy for initial training and attend quarterly training sessions.
- Receive monthly feedback from manager and participate in performance assessments.
- Engage in regular progress discussions to qualify for promotions.
Merchandising:
- Maintain stock presentation according to store standards.
- Replenish sizes and assist with window displays and mannequin changes.
- Store POS materials safely to prevent damage.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Crocs products is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
