Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
  • Exceed customer expectations through effective selling techniques.
  • Build professional relationships with customers, offering friendly, helpful, and courteous service.
  • Handle customer compliments, complaints, and queries, ensuring all are resolved promptly.
• Sales & Operations:
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets consistently.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and increase turnover.
  • Process all customer transactions, including cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and loyalty cards.
• Stock & Visual Merchandising:
  • Ensure adherence to stock loss controls in-store.
  • Maintain and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimize sales and attract customers.
  • Ensure outgoing stock is scanned and paid for before leaving the store.
• Store Maintenance:
  • Maintain a clean and inspiring store environment, creating a fun and engaging shopping atmosphere.

• Up to 6 months of retail experience.

• 1 year of experience in retail.
• Knowledge of current clothing trends or outdoor lifestyle (dependent on the brand).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.

Special Conditions:

• Clear credit and criminal record.
• South African citizen.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
