🧭 JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Assistant supports the Salesman Driver with daily deliveries of Premier products, including loading, offloading, cash handling, and tray collection. This role suits a target-driven individual who thrives in a pressurised FMCG environment operating year-round.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Salesman Driver with daily product deliveries

• Check and verify company products against loading sheets

• Adhere to standard departure and delivery times

• Assist with offloading products at customer sites

• Collect and cash in customer payments where applicable

• Ensure vehicle safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

• Report accidents or incidents immediately to management

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Matric / Grade 12

Experience

• 1–2 years’ experience in an FMCG environment

• Valid Driver’s Licence Code 10 / C1 with PDP

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• Basic computer literacy

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
